How to make healthy protein pancakes

Make your breakfast or snack a party with these delicious healthy protein pancakes.
Shopping list:
- Eggs
- Oatmeal
- Almond butter
- Berries
- Protein powder (flavour of your choice)
- Cinnamon
- Almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
Preparation method (per 3 pancakes):
1. Break 1 egg into a bowl and add 75 grams of oatmeal.
2. Add some cinnamon, and half a scoop of protein powder
3. Pour in a dash of almond milk and mix with a fork to a smooth, firm batter.
4. Pour the batter into a hot oiled pan, and bake until it's brown on both sides
5. Top with almond butter and fresh berries.
