Return Policy

Fitlyzen is a no risk purchase. We offer a free returns policy if you decide that Fitlyzen isn’t for you. Simply reach out to us through email or live chat on our contact page and we will send you a return label for free within one business day.

We offer free returns for sealed products up to 14 days after you have received your order. Once your return is shipped to us, our fulfilment center will confirm when your package has come in safely at our storage. Once that is confirmed we will release your full purchase amount within seven days. Simple as that.

Terms of returns:

- The products must be sealed. We do not accept products with an open seal.

- The items must be sent back to us within 14 days
